📝 Usage Guidelines

1. Insertion:

   • Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the tampon.

   • Unwrap the tampon and hold the applicator from the middle.

   • Gently insert the applicator into the vagina until your fingers touch your body.

   • Push the inner tube of the applicator to release the tampon into the vagina.

   • Remove the applicator, leaving the tampon inside with the string hanging outside for easy removal.

   • Removal:

   • Wash your hands before removal.

   • Relax your pelvic muscles and gently pull on the string to remove the tampon.
